Obituary

Buria M. Vinson passed away at the age of 86 of natural causes. Buria was born in Clovis, New Mexico on December 3, 1938, to parents William M. and Eunice Vinson.

Buria is survived by his wife of 59 years, Linda Vinson and their three sons and their wives, Ray and Danna Vinson, Jeff and Jeanne Vinson, and Allan and Clairissa Vision. Six grandchildren, Brandon Vinson, Stephanie Kunka, Jeffery Vinson, Amber Vinson, Lena Perez, and Jacob Vision.  Also, five great-grandchildren, his brother

Dan C. Vinson, three sisters-in-law, Helen Vinson, EvaLee Vinson, and Brenda Kay King, brother-in-law Lee Murphy, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Buria is proceeded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Buria will be cremated, and burial services will be in Oklahoma Lane Cemetery in his hometown of Muleshoe, Texas. Date and time will be determined at a later date.

Buria's love for craftsmanship led him to open his own business, Southside Welding, in Muleshoe, Texas where his sons were raised and taught the art of welding.

In 1989, Buria and Linda moved to California for Buria to work for Warren & Baerg Manufacturing Company where he traveled the world installing equipment for the company.

In 2002, Buria and Linda moved back to Texas to be near their 4 grandchildren.  In 2014, they moved to Arizona to be near their last grandson.

In retirement, Buria continued his love of RC hobbies which included RC planes, drones, helicopters, cars, and boats.
