Deborah Therese Rivera, 60, passed away on July 02, 2014 in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri to Mary Helen and Jesse Leo Tharp on April 16th, 1954. Her mother Mary remarried in 1960 to James G Dollar, who then moved her & her sister Maggie out to California where she went by Deborah Dollar, was married young and gave birth to Tammara Lynn Phillips and Charles Gregory Phillips. Later divorced, she met and married Jiame Rivera and where happily married for many years until he returned to Mexico. She later moved to Lake Havasu City where she resided for 20+ years and met her soulmate, Richard. The memories of her will be cherished by family and friends and she will live on in the hearts and stories of many. She found peace in her years in Arizona, loved gardening & sunflowers. Deborah is survived by her boyfriend, Richard Cole, her son Charles G. Phillips, daughters Tammara L. Hanni and Marisa O. Rivera, her mother Mary Helen Dollar, brothers Barry, Dick & Louis Tharp, Victor & Timothy Dollar, Maggie Dollar, and Glenda Whitaker, she also had many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister Marianne and her step father James G. Dollar.
