Edward "Neil" Price, age 67 of Bullhead City, passed away February 25, 2025. He was born November 17, 1957, in Morenci, Arizona to David and Marylou Price.

Neil was preceded in death by his father, David Price, and his two brothers, Wade Price and Karl Price. He is survived by his four brothers, Dale Price (Angie), Myron Price (Teresa), Vincent Price (Terry), and Joel Price. Along with many nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Neil grew up in Duncan, Arizona on a small family farm with his parents and five brothers by his side. Mischievous in nature, Neil and his brothers sure knew how to get in and out of trouble constantly. Neil grew up with a love of family, land, and animals. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family.

Neil was strong-willed and stubborn at times, but he also had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humor. He was clever and full to the brim with knowledge gained through all of his life experiences: mechanic, fisherman, and contractor- he could fix or build anything.

He will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his friends and family. He truly loved each of them- and if you knew him, you knew it. He will be missed dearly.
