JEFFERY ALLEN BROOKS Jeffery Allen Brooks, age 45, formerly from Nice, California, resident from Fort Mohave, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, December 1, 2018. He was born on May 16, 1973 in American Fork, Utah. Jeff had a love for all things beach and VW's, and was never without a scrapbook for drawing. He graduated from Upper Lake High School in 1991. He is survived by his daughter, Amber Jean; father, Larry Eugene (Beverly Ann) Brooks; mother, Della Fay Wells; sisters, Jennifer Lynn Brooks and Ashley Dawn (Merle Clinton) Reynolds; brothers, Brian Bradford Brooks and Douglas Gregory (Dawn) Brooks; four nieces; eight nephews; two great-nephews; and one great-niece. Following his wishes to be cremated and his ashes spread at the beach. He will be deeply missed! He is in our fondest memories that we will together treasure and pass down from generation to generation. Rest In Peace Jeff, we love you.
