Jeffrey Russell of Lake Havasu City passed away on June 29, 2021. Jeff was born on December 20, 1960 and was raised by his mother and father, Janice and James Russell. After graduating Lake Havasu High, Jeff joined the Army and was stationed in Germany. Jeff spent many years cooking in local restaurants before becoming a cabinet maker and glacier. He was known by many locals as Mr. Christmas while working at Kmart during the Holiday seasons. He enjoyed going off-roading with his friends and doing stained glass. Jeff was positive and friendly by nature, willing to help family, friends and strangers. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; mother, Janice; sisters, Jill and Wendy; and his brothers, Steve and James.
