Joseph Emmett Masters, 54, of Kingman passed away February 28, 2017. He was born June 10, 1962 in Yuma, Arizona to Ralph Masters and Nellie Mae McQuinn. He is survived by his siblings, Michael Masters, Mark Masters, Patrick Masters, Amy Reese, Ralph Masters, Curtis Masters, Jennifer Masters and Mary Masters. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother; Charles Masters. Private services are being held by Joseph's family.
