Larry Thomas Downs, Age 64, Passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, January 2, 2020. He was Born in Chicago, Illinois on September 12, 1955. He served in the United States Army from September 1972 to December 1973. He also worked as a Carpenter for Riverside Casino. Larry is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother William Albert Downs. Larry is survived by his wife Brenda Lane of 32 years; his son Joseph Downs; Brothers Michael Frank Downs and Herman Eugene Downs: and Sister Martha Prater.
