Lee James Bitney, 73, passed away September 14, 2019. He was born June 22, 1946 to Robert and Audrey Bitney in St. Paul Minnesota.
He is survived by his sister's, Beverly Anderson and Vivian Belland; brother's, Bruce Bitney and Larry Bitney. He is preceded in death by his parents.
