Nancy L. Woodard passed away peacefully on October 18, 2025, at her home in Chino Valley with her husband and children by her side.   Nancy was born on October 20, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI to Florence and Raymond Willman.  Nancy moved to Arizona in 1969 and lived the majority of her life here in the Chino Valley area.

Nancy is survived by her husband of 17 years, Carl Matarazzo, children Shelly Woodard, Clete Woodard, Angela Smith and her grand daughter Kayla Smith.  She is also survived by her sisters; Sherry (Roy) VanHorn, Lisa (Todd) Hamilton, Lori Willman, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nancy was predeceased by her parents Ray and Florence Willman, brother Scotty Willman, her son Ronald Woodard Jr. and her children's father Ronald Woodard Sr.

We will always carry her memory in our hearts.
