Norman Howell the second, 72, Kingman, AZ, passed away October 8, 2016 at the Joan and Diana Hospice House, surrounded by family.
Norman Lloyd Howell II, was born on September 1, 1944 in San Diego, CA to Norman and Jeanne (Parker) Howell. After graduating from Hoover High School, Norman attended junior college in San Diego. He married Vickie Noland on August 27, 1975. Together they made their home in San Diego and raised a family, where Norman was a manager for Thrifty Drug Store for 35 years.
He was always active, loved working outside, gardening and being very creative building things. He had a passion for hot rods and new corvettes. He was family oriented and loved his wife, children and grandchildren with all his heart.
Norman is survived by his wife Vickie, Kingman, AZ; Son Jason (Aimee) Floyd, San Diego, CA; daughters Cindy (Paul) Arnold, Corona, CA and Shiree (Kent) Colton, City of Orange, CA; grandchildren, Makynzie Floyd, Joshua Arnold, Casey Arnold, Sabrina Gilmore, and Parker Colton; siblings Dianne Pekarek, San Diego, CA and Judy Payne, San Francisco; mother-in-law Bea Hurley; brother-in-law Patrick Hurley, sister-in-law Michelle Hurley; sister-in-law Janet (John) Stewart; brother in law Chad (Marcella) Hurley; great grandson Grayson and numerous nieces and nephews.
