Raymond L Sands, age 74 passed away Monday at Lake Havasu Regional Medical Center. Ray is survived by his wife Lupe, two children Lisa and Lee Sands. He also leaves behind five grandchildren Blake Hawkins ,Allison Sands ,Bryce Hawkins, Garrett Brownfield ,and Deven Sands. Ray was a Navy veteran and served 30+ years in law-enforcement. He was a loving husband father and grandfather. Ray will be missed by all who knew him.
