Sheila Maxilee Kottong, 98, passed away on October 11, 2018 at Sun Haven Assisted Living in Lake Havasu City, AZ. She was born on April 29, 1920 in Springfield, Missouri to Lee Alexander Frazier and Blanche (McConnell) Frazier.
Sheila was married to Harold "Jack" Lionel Kottong on March 6, 1963 in the Courthouse of Santa Ana, CA. Sheila worked as a drugstore counter clerk in San Fernando, CA and she served our country in her own way as a Spot Welder for Lockheed during WWII. In her free time Sheila's interests included her roses, pets, her love of music, and her love of family.
She was very proud of all of her children, Dan Reeder, Marti Jackson, Debi Jackson, and Sheri Kottong Thompson. Sheila had 7 grandchildren, Scott Reeder, Danny Reeder, Joe Dickason, Mike Slusarczyk, Shannon Porter, and Zachary Thompson. Great grandchildren include Kasey Reeder, Darren Reeder, McKenzie Reeder, Jeremy Dickason, along with 5-8 great grandchildren on the Porter side; and one great-great grandchild, Emma Reeder.
Sheila was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Helen and Margie; brother Joe; Husband Jack; Daughter Debi; Grandson Scott, and son in-law Raymond Thompson.
