Stewart Walton Davis marched through the gates of heaven on March 30th, 2018. Stewart was born September 26th, 1965 to Al Davis and Sandra Sheridan in Grapeland, Texas. After graduating high school, Stewart received an Associates in Military Law while at Ft. Benning, GA
Stewart enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1984 and after serving eight years, he took an adventure and joined the French Foreign Legion where he served for another five years. He once again joined the U.S. Army in 2001 and retired in 2009. Stewart earned the honors of the elite Army Ranger, Special Forces, Airborne, and Legionnaire. He loved his country.
Stewart felt strongly and was passionate about many things in his life most notably of which are his love of his family, his interest in military law and his love of firearms collecting.
Stewart leaves behind a wife of 22 years, Dorothy Jean Davis, a son, Jeremy Trey Kirby-Davis and a daughter-in-law, Kimberly. For his last march Stewart will be greeted by many of his military brothers and sisters. Cemetery Details
